12th Annual Winter Karate Tournament!
In team sports, you spend a lot of time sharpening your skills through drilling and training so that you can perform well when you play a game against another team.
It’s no different in martial arts, except that instead of playing a game, we compete in karate tournaments.
You’ve spent so much time during your karate classes practicing your kicks and punches, working on your flexibility, learning effective sparring combinations and strategies. Why not put that work to use and see how you do in a karate tournament?
Join us on January 26th at 3:00pm to watch students compete against each other. It is a fun and exciting event with the emphasis on doing your best and seeing how you measure up against other students your age and rank.
All participants will receive a trophy for coming out and competing, but those who do best will receive larger place trophies.
Competition categories will include Forms or Katas, Sparring, Jiu-Jitsu and Weapon Forms.

Registration is now open for the 2024/25 School Year After School Program.
Children get picked up at their school after dismissal and are transported to our Dojo where they can participate in Karate and Jiu-Jitsu classes and other fun activities.

Bring a Friend to Class Week
Students are allowed to bring a friend or another family member to class at no extra cost between Monday, January 27th and Friday, January 31st.
This includes our child as well as adult students.
All classes are available to your guest so have them try it all! We offer Kempo Karate, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu or Boxing.
